Meet the Owners
JOSH CROSKEY -
Josh Croskey is the founder and owner of www.operationhomes.com, a national website that connects homeowners to quality contractors. He started the company as an REO field preservation company. As the company grew there became more of a need for quality contractors and due to the state of the economy, more contractors were in need of jobs. In 2009, Josh Croskey and his partners decided to make OperationHomes.com a single source provider of contractors in every home improvement category offering only the best professionals in the industry.
Prior to founding OperationHomes.com, Josh was in the mortgage industry. As an award winning mortgage broker he structured city wide programs that helped low income families receive funding to purchase their first home. All three branches that Josh owned produce more than $50 million dollars in loans a month, giving him a total of $150 million dollars a month in loans being closed. In 2006, Josh sold his mortgage company to one of the largest banks in Western Washington. After his success he started an exclusive investment group called Silver Spoon Investments, which was set up to help smaller investors invest on a larger scale by putting their finances and resources together to create more wealth than one may do on their own. The investment group was successful in helping over 22 people triple their income. Late 2007, Josh started a company umbrella called J&J Global Enterprises. The company features several different businesses including OperationHomes.com.
Josh has been a featured speaker at several motivational seminars and business development training programs.

KENNETH CROSKEY -
Kenny Croskey started working for his mother at ABC Cleaning while he was in high school in 1997. After years of hard work and learning all aspects of the business from his mother, Kenny joined forces with his cousin Josh Croskey to start Neat Freak Services. Since their inception Neat Freak Services has grown over 200% quarter after quarter and they have expanded their services to meet the needs of all their environmentally responsible commercial and property management customers.
Prior to founding Neat Freak Services, Kenny was and his father owned one of the largest real estate investing firms in Detroit Michigan. They brokered more than 10 million dollars of real estate a month.
